Projects

Project 1: Taylor's University Web Analytics 

Period comparison: Jan 2019 - Aug 2019 and Jan 2020 - Aug 2020

Our tasked is to find patterns and insights and make comparisons

Project 2: Persona Building & Empathy Mapping

For this project, we were to come up with four personas as our target audience.

Then conduct surveys and interviews based on the four personas, to most importantly, identify their pain points and what they want.

Project 3: Data Distillation - The 4 Lenses

This project requires us to conduct extensive research while analyzing the obtained information with the 4 lenses in mind. 

Final Project: Design & Application 
For final presentation, we were tasked to make use of our previous findings and help redesign the Taylor's Youtube Journey to Website and vice versa. We were also tasked to suggest suitable contents for Taylor's Youtube.
