For project 1B, we were tasked to do a S.W.O.T analysis on the event we chose. The event which I went for was KL Vintage Festival and I had a thorough look into the event demographics, event features, locations, brand goals and objective. Additionally, I also created personas of the potential event visitors and also the customer journey map for the entire event flow.
